Chet Herbert Racing Cams
Chet Herbert operated his company, Chet Herbert Cams and Speed Shop in Anaheim, California from 1949 until he passed away in 2009. His younger sister Doris, and his son Doug played prominent roles in the sport. Doris was the publisher of Drag News, the first great Drag Racing Newspaper, while his son, Doug, acquitted himself as a Pro Driver winning four Championships and ten National level Events. Doug has continued his father's legacy at his shop in North Carolina.

Doug Herbert Racing
Doug Herbert in 1990 earned his pilot’s license and shortly thereafter launched his own business and started his professional racing career. Doug Herbert Performance Parts was born and a legendary drag racer in the making took his first blasts down the pro drag strip. “Working and driving a dragster are the two things I know how to do best,” Herbert said. “Drag racing has changed so drastically over the years and it constantly evolves. You have to pay attention and try to stay with the pack, but it takes a lot of time and money to do it. I keep after it because I love racing.” In 1991, Herbert moved his business to the Charlotte, N.C. area where he currently resides.

Ray Evernham Motorsports
Ray Evernham, president and CEO, founded Evernham Motorsports in 1999, the mission was to lead Dodge back into prominence in NASCAR's elite racing series and field two competitive teams. For five consecutive years, a Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge from Evernham Motorsports visited victory lane, a testament to the success of the organization in achieving its mission.

Stock Car Steel/Alum
Stock Car Steel & Aluminum, Inc. was founded by Greg Fornelli in 1996 to serve the extremely demanding world of NASCAR racing. Better than 90% of all NASCAR race teams are located within a 100 mile radius of our 35,000 ft² Distribution Center. We are the primary Metal and Plastics supplier to just about all of them.
